Right of Withdrawal

According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete the form below. We will confirm receipt of your request by email.

Upon receiving a valid withdrawal notice, we will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

Please return the goods as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
