📦 Shipping & Returns Information
We want everything to be clear before you place your order.
Below you’ll find simple and transparent information about production, shipping and returns.
⏱ Production
All products are printed after your order is placed.
Production takes 1–2 business days.
We do not produce orders on weekends or public holidays.
🚚 Shipping
Once your item is produced, it is shipped via Omniva.
After dispatch, delivery usually takes:
• Lithuania – 1–3 business days
• Latvia & Estonia – 2–4 business days
Since production happens before shipping, the total estimated delivery time from the day you place your order is:
• Lithuania – 2–5 business days
• Latvia & Estonia – 3–6 business days
Most orders arrive faster than the maximum timeframe.
During holiday seasons, delivery may take slightly longer due to increased shipment volumes.

🎁 Free parcel locker delivery on orders over €50
(Not applicable to courier delivery)
🔁 Returns
You may return your item within 14 days from the day you receive it.
📦 How to return an item
Returns are made via Omniva parcel locker.

Go to any Omniva parcel locker

Select “Send a parcel”

Enter the return code received via SMS

Place the parcel into the opened locker compartment
The return code is sent to you by SMS.
The code is valid for 14 days from the date you receive the message.
There is no need to contact us before returning the item.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we inspect it.
If the item is in proper condition, the refund is issued within 5 business days.
⚠ Returned item must be
• unworn
• undamaged
• unstained
• free from hair or odors
If the item does not meet these conditions, we may refuse the return and send it back to you.
🔄 Size exchange
If the size does not fit, please return the item first and then place a new order with the correct size.
This ensures a faster and smoother process.
❗ Custom design items
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, as they are produced specifically for your order.
📦 Uncollected parcels
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we will refund the amount paid for the items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
