1. General Information

This Shipping Policy defines the production, dispatch and delivery terms for orders placed through www.DesignedByMe.lt.

2. Delivery Area

We ship exclusively via Omniva to the following countries:

  • Lithuania
  • Latvia
  • Estonia

Shipping to other countries is possible only in exceptional cases, upon individual agreement and subject to additional shipping fees.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the country and selected delivery method:

Lithuania

  • Omniva parcel locker – €3.50
  • Omniva courier – €7.00

Latvia

  • Omniva parcel locker – €4.50
  • Omniva courier – €11.00

Estonia

  • Omniva parcel locker – €4.50
  • Omniva courier – €11.00

Free delivery to Omniva parcel lockers applies for orders of €50 or more (does not apply to courier delivery).

4. Production Process

All products are made to order.

  • Production takes place Monday to Friday.
  • No production is carried out on weekends.
  • Orders are sent to production on working days around 9–10 AM.
  • Orders accumulated over the weekend may begin production on Tuesday.

Production usually takes 1–2 working days.

During holiday periods, due to increased order volume, production may be delayed by an additional +1 working day.

5. Shipping Process

Completed orders are collected by an Omniva courier around 18:00 and transported to the parcel sorting center.

Important:

  • The courier does not always scan parcels immediately upon collection.
  • Therefore, tracking may temporarily show the status “registered.”
  • The parcel becomes visible in the tracking system once scanned at the sorting center.

6. Delivery Time

Standard delivery times:

Lithuania

Total delivery time (production + shipping): 2–5 working days

Latvia and Estonia

Total delivery time: 3–6 working days

Delivery time may depend on:

  • Selected delivery method
  • Parcel volume
  • Holiday periods
  • Carrier operational factors

Omniva may deliver parcels on Saturdays.

7. Delivery to Parcel Locker

When the parcel is delivered to an Omniva locker:

  • The customer receives an SMS with the pickup code.
  • The storage period is indicated in the SMS message.

Please collect your parcel within the indicated period.

If the parcel is not collected within Omniva’s specified storage period, it is automatically returned to the sender (MB “Lengvina”).

In such case:

  • We will attempt to contact you via email or phone regarding reshipment.
  • If we are unable to contact you or you decline reshipment, we will refund the amount paid for the products.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 working days after we receive the returned goods.
  • The shipping fee may be non-refundable (if applicable).

8. Courier Delivery

If courier delivery is selected:

  • The courier will contact you by phone to arrange delivery time.
  • Please ensure that your phone number and address are accurate.

9. Customer Responsibility

Please ensure that:

  • The delivery address is accurate
  • The phone number is correct
  • The correct parcel locker is selected

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by:

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Carrier operations
  • Force majeure circumstances
