1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service set out the conditions for using the website www.DesignedByMe.lt and purchasing products from it.

1.3. By placing an order on the Website, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Purchase Agreement

2.1. A purchase agreement is considered concluded at the moment the customer completes payment for the order.

2.2. All products are made to order.

2.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • The order contains incorrect or incomplete information
  • We are unable to contact the customer
  • There has been an obvious pricing or technical system error

In such cases, the paid amount will be refunded.

3. Prices, Promotions and Payments

3.1. All prices on the Website are indicated in euros.

3.2. Payments are processed via Shopify Payments and Montonio, which cooperate with various banks and financial institutions.

3.3. We reserve the right to modify prices, promotions or special offers at any time.

3.4. The 20% discount for purchasing a second item:

  • Does not apply to items in the SALE section
  • Does not apply to T-shirts or hoodies without print
  • Does not apply to custom or personalized orders
  • Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise

4. Product Representation

4.1. Product images displayed on the Website are for illustrative purposes only.

4.2. Colors may slightly differ due to different screen settings.

4.3. Some models or visualizations may be generated using artificial intelligence.

4.4. The final printed design corresponds to the production file, defined proportions and printing specifications.

4.5. To see how products look in real life, customers are encouraged to visit the “Gallery” section, where real photoshoots of printed garments are available.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All designs, texts, images, graphics and other content on the Website are the property of DesignedByMe.lt.

5.2. Copying, distributing or using the content without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. We are liable only for direct damages caused by our fault.

6.2. Our liability shall not exceed the total amount of the customer’s order.

6.3. We are not responsible for:

  • Actions or delays caused by shipping providers
  • The operation of third-party payment systems
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Force majeure circumstances

7. Minors

Orders may only be placed by individuals who have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
