How to Submit a Request

Design Process
1️⃣ After receiving your request, we create several design options based on your description.
2️⃣ We provide realistic mockups:
- On a T-shirt or hoodie
- Available colors: black, white, red
- Shown on a model to help you visualize the final result
3️⃣ The design service includes 1–2 revisions.
4️⃣ Once you approve the final version, production begins.
The design process typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on complexity.

We accept custom printing orders for:

If you have a company logo, we recommend providing it in vector format (AI, SVG, PDF) to ensure the highest print quality.
Choosing the Correct Size
After approving the design, it is important to select the correct size.
We recommend:
- Measuring a garment you already wear comfortably
- Comparing the measurements with our size chart
- Selecting the closest matching size
This helps avoid sizing issues.

- Custom-made products are non-returnable
- Design approval is considered final
- Production begins only after clear client confirmation
- Free return policy does not apply to custom items
- The client is responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any copyrighted materials provided
- Client ideas and custom designs are not shared without permission
