We want you to clearly understand when you will receive your order.
๐ฆ Estimated delivery time:
- Lithuania โ 2โ5 business days
- Latvia & Estonia โ 3โ6 business days
All products are made after the order is placed, which is why delivery includes both production and shipping time.
Below is a simple explanation of how the process works.
โฑ Production
All items are printed after the order is placed.
- Orders placed before 9:00 AM (business days) are sent to production the same day
- Orders placed later are sent to production on the next business day
Production takes 1โ2 business days.
Production does not take place on weekends or public holidays.
๐ Shipping
Once the product is ready, it is handed over to the courier.
Delivery usually takes:
- Lithuania โ 1โ3 business days
- Latvia & Estonia โ 2โ4 business days
๐ Most shipments arrive faster than the maximum estimated timeframe.
๐ During peak periods, delivery may take slightly longer.
๐ฆ Tracking information
Once the parcel is handed over to the courier:
- parcels are not scanned individually right away
- they are first transported to a sorting center
๐ Because of this, tracking may not update immediately or may show as โregisteredโ.
The shipment becomes visible in the tracking system only after it reaches the sorting center.
From that point, you can track your parcel using the tracking code.
๐ฒ Parcel collection
When your parcel arrives:
- you will receive an SMS with a pickup code
- the message will also include a return code
- the storage time will be specified in the message

Free delivery to parcel lockers is available for orders over โฌ50
(not applicable to courier delivery)
โ Uncollected parcels
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us:
- we attempt to contact you within 2 business days
- if we cannot reach you, the order is considered canceled
In this case, a refund is issued after deducting shipping costs.
