Yes, you can order a sweater in sizes XXS, 4XL, and 5XL. These sizes are not always in stock, so each order is processed individually. For this reason, delivery time may be extended up to one week.

• Washing : Machine wash sweaters on a gentle cycle, no higher than 30°C. Wash sweaters inside out to protect the quality of the print.
  
• Laundry detergents : Use gentle detergents designed for sweaters.
  
• Ironing : Iron sweaters at a low temperature, no higher than 100°C, and do not iron directly on the pattern or print.
  
• Drying : Dry sweaters naturally; avoid tumble drying.
  
• Bleaching : Do not use bleach to avoid damaging the color and structure of the fabric.

All products are made after the order is placed, which is why delivery includes both production and shipping time.

Below is a simple explanation of how the process works.

⏱ Production

All items are printed after the order is placed.

• Orders placed before 9:00 AM (business days) are sent to production the same day
• Orders placed later are sent to production on the next business day

Production takes 1–2 business days.
Production does not take place on weekends or public holidays.

🚚 Shipping

Once the product is ready, it is handed over to the courier.

Delivery usually takes:

• Lithuania – 1–3 business days
• Latvia & Estonia – 2–4 business days

📌 Most shipments arrive faster than the maximum estimated timeframe.
📌 During peak periods, delivery may take slightly longer.

📦 Tracking information

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier:

• parcels are not scanned individually right away
• they are first transported to a sorting center

📌 Because of this, tracking may not update immediately or may show as “registered”.

The shipment becomes visible in the tracking system only after it reaches the sorting center.

From that point, you can track your parcel using the tracking code.

📲 Parcel collection

When your parcel arrives:

• you will receive an SMS with a pickup code
• the message will also include a return code
• the storage time will be specified in the message

Free delivery to parcel lockers is available for orders over €50
(not applicable to courier delivery)

⚠ Uncollected parcels

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us:

• we attempt to contact you within 2 business days
• if we cannot reach you, the order is considered canceled

In this case, a refund is issued after deducting shipping costs.

You can return a product within 14 days from the day of delivery.

Returns are made via Omniva parcel lockers.

The return code is automatically sent together with your parcel pickup SMS.
The code is valid for 14 days from the SMS date.

📦 How to return a product?

Go to an Omniva parcel locker
Select “Return a parcel”
Enter the return code received via SMS
Print the label and attach it to the parcel
Important: the new label must cover the old parcel code (BARCODE)
You can return the product in the same packaging (preferably the original one)
Choose size S or larger if needed
Place the parcel in the locker and close the door

📌 You do not need to contact us before returning the item.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we inspect it.

If the item meets the conditions – the refund is issued within 5 business days
Return shipping costs are deducted from the refunded amount

Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 1–5 business days for the money to reach your account.

⚠ Item condition

The returned item must be:

Unworn (only tried on)
Undamaged
Unwashed
Free of stains (e.g. makeup, etc.)
Free of odors (e.g. sweat, perfume)
Free of hair or other signs of use

The item must be suitable for resale.

Minor changes are allowed (e.g. light wrinkles from trying on or shipping).

❗ If the item does not meet these conditions, we may reject the return and send it back.

If you would like to change the size or model:

Return the item you want to exchange
Place a new order with the desired size
